The Coach House is situated in Kuggar, a sleepy little hamlet on the edge of Goonhilly Downs, just over a mile from Kennack Sands. It is a perfect location from which to discover the beaches, coves and picturesque villages of the Lizard Peninsula. This is a wonderful area for walking either, along the coastal path, or over the Downs around the Earth Satellite Station which are frequented by many rare species of wild birds.

The nearest grocers shop is at Ruan Minor just over a mile away. The nearest pub is a short walk away, at Kennack Sands.

Nearby, you will also find facilities for golf, horse riding, as well as attractions such as Flambards Theme Park, and Goonhilly Earth Station.
